Position Ourselves for Miracles

In the coming week, I want to encourage all of us to preset our mind for miracles and success. We must be expectant. We must be ready when God pour out his blessings into our lives.

“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.

~Isaiah 54:2

Discard that mindset of poverty and defeat. Discard that victim mentality. Stop that blame game and finger pointing. Arrest every thoughts that are self defeating. Guard your heart. Do not be unprepared but be ready. Position yourself to receive miracles. Let us not be like the 5 foolish virgins who were unprepared and asleep. When the miracle come, they did not receive it.

Matthew 25:1-13
“At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of the virgins were foolish, and five were wise. 3 When the foolish ones took their lamps, they did not take extra olive oilwith them. 4 But the wise ones took flasks of olive oil with their lamps. 5 When the bridegroom was delayed a long time,  they all became drowsy and fell asleep. 6 But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look, the bridegroom is here! Come out to meet him.’ 7 Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ 9 ‘No,’ they replied. ‘There won’t be enough for you and for us. Go instead to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’ 10 But while they had gone to buy it, the bridegroom arrived, and those who were ready went inside with him to the wedding banquet. Then the door was shut. 11 Later, the other virgins came too, saying, ‘Lord, lord! Let us in!’ 12 But he replied, ‘I tell you the truth, I do not know you!’ 13 Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour

Rise up on the inside and open up your heart to receive blessings and wonderful things in the coming week. Believe that you can do very well in the marketplace. Believe that you can make a difference in where God has put you. You will walk in your destiny and you can do great things! How can we prepare ourselves? How can we prep our mind for victory?

Spending time with God

We need to sit at His feet. Worship Him and abide in His presence. Spending time with God is like spending time with someone important, someones you care deeply about and someone who is incredibly wise. Let us not go to Him to complain and demand our ways but to listen. Be in a humble position when we go to God. Be willing to surrender and allow Him to change us. He will come to meet with us.

Let His love embrace and cleanses us. Let Him to pour out revelations and wisdom into us. Many times we are clouded by our emotions and blind spots. Allow Him to show us His perspective for our situation. Share with Him your thoughts. Let Him teach us wisdom and honour. He will meet you where you are and provide what you need.

Reading the Word

This is a crucial part of the lifestyle of a believer. We need to read the Word. That is how we can learn His ways and the Truth. His Word cleanses us. His Word protects us. His Words is full of POWER and makes the devil trembles.

Sometimes when I read the bible, I felt as if the bible is reading me! There are times I can’t express how I feel on the inside. But God can connect to me through his Word in a such amazing way! Oh HE IS ALIVE!!!

I was working very hard the last few months without any results (work for free). I felt that I am wasting time and all my efforts are useless. At that point, I don’t really know how to describe or express it. It was a unpleasant feeling in me that I do not like and I felt injustice.

But in Isaiah 49:1……

I replied, “But my work seems so useless!
I have spent my strength for nothing and to no purpose.
Yet I leave it all in the Lord’s hand;
I will trust God for my reward.”

God is my reward!!! That was His answer for me. I do not work upon man but to Him. I was so touched. I read this verse again and again and felt a release in my spirit man. Let His Word change us from the inside and renew our minds. If I allow that nasty feeling in me to bother me, my emotions, moods and perspective will be clouded. Chances of me making a mistake in my decision is higher. Thank God for His Word.

Learning and meditating the Word renews our mind. It shows us a better way to live. It is the path out of the land of bitterness and hurts. It is the key to that prison door. Reading the Word first thing in the morning presets our mind and protects us from the evil one.

Praying, reading bible and sitting at His feet first thing in the morning protects us from the evil one. It draws us closing to our God. It helps us to live the day fearless and with a kingdom perspective. It like looking at a piece of land using a drone. We can see a bigger picture from a different angle at higher altitude. It position us with a competitive advantage in life.

Revelation precedes restoration. Nothing comes without a price. It is worth it.

Stay alert and prep your mind for great things to come! I’m really excited for you!

Do not let another day in 2020 go by just like that! Cherish it and make everyday count.
